St. Michael’s Academy is a Diocesan school under the leadership of the Bishop of Springfield and the Superintendent of Catholic Schools. St. Michael’s is governed by a Board of Trustees. Working with the Leadership Team, they meet eight times a year to ensure the operational vitality of the school and to oversee the implementation of the strategic plan.
Through this three-tiered leadership model, St. Michael’s continues to thrive as the only Catholic elementary school in the City of Springfield.
