Open Houses

St. Michael's Academy offers three Open Houses during the course of the school year:

- October 27, 2016 - We host an Open House specifically geared towards pre-kindergarten and kindergarten families. Both children and their families are invited to this event and have the opportunities to meet the teachers, visit the classrooms and attend a brief presentation on the school.

- January 29, 2017 - This Open House is held in conjunction with Catholic Schools Week. It is a full open house for both current and prospective students and their families. There is a special presentation at noon for prospective families and a Family Cultural Celebration for current families. The celebration features foods, traditions and cultural items representing our many family backgrounds. All the classrooms are open with teachers in attendance.

- April 6, 2017 - Our last Open House is geared specifically for 5th, 6th and 7th graders and their parents. Middle school can be a challenging time for students and we welcome families to visit our classrooms, meet our teachers and "buddy-up" with on of our current students for a tour and additional information.

Walk-in Wednesdays

Prospective families can visit SMA on Wednesdays, from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. No appointment necessary!

Personal Tour

Families may arrange for a private personal visit to meet with the Admissions Director and tour the school at their convenience by calling the Admissions Office at 413.782.5246 or e-mailing via our Admissions Contact Us Form. Various days and times are available.

Shadow Day

On a Shadow Day, an applicant spends a full school day at St. Michael's Academy, participating in the life of the school and meeting teachers and current students. All applicants for grades four through eight are required to schedule a Shadow Day, but the opportunity is available to any applicant.
